You agree to enjoy Zavirex responsibly and safely. You won't attempt to disrupt attractions, bypass security, or engage in behaviour that could harm other guests, staff, or the park itself.
You're responsible for keeping your account and pass details secure and for any activity linked to your guest profile. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use or suspect someone else accessed your pass.
Day passes and annual memberships are priced clearly before purchase. Memberships renew on a recurring basis and include bonus spins at Lucky Games Hall and special perks across all realms. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your account.
Cancel whenever you like. Your membership remains active through the end of the current billing period, then won't renew unless you reactivate it.
We maintain Zavirex to the highest safety and operational standards, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your visit or membership during the period any issue occurred.
We may update these terms periodically. The current version is always on this page, and we'll notify you of any material changes to park policies or guest obligations.
